Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions have been developed by the National Association of Specialist Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (NASOG) for use in conjunction with the NASOG Members Hub. The content is owned by NASOG and designed as an online platform for members and other interested parties to interact with our business.

Use of the NASOG Members Hub indicates your agreement with the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these you are requested not to use the site. NASOG reserves the right to make amendments, alterations, additions and deletions from time to time to reflect the current terms of use.

Electronic Communication Policy

  • Membership: Messages that directly relate to membership (eg. membership renewal reminders).
  • General: Messages including, but not limited to, ad-hoc promotion/advertising (eg. conference, grants, awards etc) associated with NASOG partners.

Electronic communication will only be sent to the intended recipients who have subscribed to receive that communication.

All members are automatically subscribed to electronic communication upon joining the association. Members can elect to unsubscribe from electronic communication at any time, either by replying to an SMS message with ‘STOP’, unsubscribing from an email or by contacting us.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are not refundable, nor can they be transferred. When you join or renew your membership, you are committed to be a member of the association for the remainder of the membership year. Direct debit instalments can only be cancelled at the end of the membership year.
